A hidden world of magic didn't seem possible, at least not until the Statue of Secrecy was broken and it was decided both worlds would be better off without it. Everyone in the world is now connected, woven within a web of lies, magic, deception, love, fear, friendship, hate, life, and anguish. Many have profited from the changes that have been made and have moved on with their lives, but for others the end is very near. In this New Age not everyone can win, those with knowledge have power, power equals corruption, and good does not always outweigh bad.
It is for those very reasons the brink of war is upon both worlds

For the first time in history Muggles are receiving invitations left and right for the upcoming Quidditch World Cup!
With a new outlook on Muggle-Wizard relations, magical governments across the world have opted to invite top Muggle officials and World Leaders to the Cup Match; this is a gesture that is receiving mixed reactions.
Some wonder why only Muggle officials and World Leaders are being introduced to the game; many are angry Muggles are being included at all; and yet others want to know why only particular Muggles are getting the opportunity. Those who come from Muggle families have been protesting, not understanding why their families are not being allowed to enjoy the festivities alongside those who've been invited.
Our own official from Britain's Ministry of Magic, Department of Magical Games and Sports tells us the very reason behind the decision is that it is to be a test of sorts for future endeavors. The officials and World Leaders have been invited to sit on at the game to vote and announce whether they believe the game too violent for Muggle spectators. As Wizarding folk are able to save themselves from a stray bludger or berserk flier, the invited officials will gauge their experience on what's best for Muggles in the Wizarding World.
So please remember folks--- Muggle families may not attend the Quidditch World Cup Match without an official invite from the Ministries of Magic.
