Though many levels of the Ministry have been shut down, combining the entirety of Ministry offices into a few select floors, the Ministry is still not extremely overcrowded. Many smaller departments have all but disappeared while others still thrive.

Home to many Healers in the United Kingdom, St. Mungo's was founded in the late 1500s to early 1600s for all Witches and Wizards alike. There isn't an injury they haven't seen, a disease they haven't known, or a faker they haven't grumbled about.

Located at Purge and Dowse, Ltd. an abandoned store in London, one must speak to the dummy for entrance. Upon entering, one will find themselves located in the reception area, which doubles for an emergency waiting room. Healers wearing the standard lime green robes mill about, to and fro.
