Wand: A 14 inch Stiff Spruce wand that holds Erumpet Heartstring. The wand is plain in design but isn't rounded like normal wands, it had a very rectangular shape to it and mostly flat sides. The base of the wand is rounded though, having a smooth hand hold.

Lewis Longbottom always seemed to be the unanswered question of the Longbottom Family. Every one knows about Neville and Hannah, a gushy love story that Lewis has never found the time to listen to (even if Maddy insisted it was adorable.) Madeline Longbottom, hit witch extraordinary, Louie had been constantly been living in her shadow. That is how he felt about the matter anyways. People had always liked her better, including their parents and their younger brother. He guessed that is what happened when one was the black sheep of the family.

Lewis was born not too long after his older sister and he wondered often if he had been an accident. The oldest son of Hannah and Neville, accident or not, had been given the honor of having his father's name as his middle name. He had always found the fact ironic though because he was nothing like his father aside from his herbology skills (He swore it was in their genes or something) The boy didn't really fit in any were. The only thing he had seemed to inherit for them was his smarts and not to sound cocky or anything but some times he found himself far smarter.

When Louie went to Hogwarts, he managed to shock every one with the house he was sorted into. A Longbottom in Slytherin, yeah it sounded ridiculous even to him. It was where he belonged though and no one could deny that, although many of the more hard core purists tried. His years were uneventfully for the most part. He fit in with most of the snakes because of his I don't care attitude and his blood status. People from other houses didn't mind him either but he had never managed to make any close friends.

Now that he is out of Hogwarts, the boy knew exactly what he wanted to do. Obliviators had always fascinated him. Even though he didn't really see how their jobs were still relevant because Muggles knew about Wizards now. He joined up regardless though because he guessed curiosity got the best of him. Unfortunately the boy still lives at home, but hopes to change that soon. Along with his job as an Obliviator he picks up extra shifts at the Leaky so maybe he can finally escape the place.

He quickly realized that all the ministry had the Obliviators doing was their dirty work and while he didn't mind doing dirty work, he just had a problem that it was for someone else. He kept the job and only questioned them a few times. He grew close to his team and started working more and more at the Leaky. Soon enough, he was able to move out on his own with a few roommates. Things seemed to be going well.

That was when he meet a witch of a girl named Serenity. She was rude and bitter at the world. When Louie found her later at a party and found out that she didn't remember him, or anyone, Louie, in all his great wisdom, decided to pull a trick on her. A cruel trick. He convinced her that he was her boyfriend which wasn't that hard to do and he was planning on cutting it off but then the unexpected happened. He fell in love with her. He knew as soon as she remembered or found out that he had lied, she would leave him and he couldn't stand the though. So he let himself dig himself deeper and deeper into a hole. Eventually, his conscious and his love for her took over. He told her and as he suspected, she was angry at him. She slapped him and left him heart broken but it was all his own fault. It left him heart broken. He had fooled around with a lot of girls but she was the first that he had loved. And he was never going to get a chance with her again.

Several months passed, and he grew in his relationship with his sister and became even closer to his friend Rayne. She quickly took the spot of his best friend and they enjoyed flirting back and forth but never crossed that line. On a late night in the Leaky, he was dragging home one of the regular drunks when he ran into Serenity. He asked her to come inside and talk and to his surprise, she said yes. They talked, he apologized, he promised to never hurt her again. He went to go make them food in the kitchen and when he came back, she was gone. Louie was devastated and it took him some time to notice the hedgehog. It turned out later that it was Serenity. He rushed her to Mungo's and a late night turned into an early day but finally, she was human again and they were dating. He was trilled. It was going great. He met the parents and things were looking up but on New Years, he found out that she was pregnant. He panicked to say the least.

A few nights later, he invited Rayne to go out drinking with him. He only remembered half the night but they woke up, hung-over, barely clothed, and apparently married. They tried to fix it but it didn't go as planned and it turned out their was a waiting period to get divorced. So they did there best to keep it a secret and find out a way to get out of it sooner rather than later.

A couple months later, tragedy struck. Explosions destroyed part of the Leaky and killed their mother. More bombs at the ministry killed his team member and injured his sister. Just over a week later, an attach on Hogwarts, killed his brother. Muggles were responsible for all of it.

Louie didn't know how to react and on top of it Serenity was pregnant and Hannah had instructions in her will that if anything happened to her, Louie take over as owner of the Leaky cauldron. He couldn't not do it. He quit his job at the ministry and moved back into the Leaky and convinced Serenity to move in as well. He repaired the physical damage of the Leaky but he didn't know he would ever make it run the way Hannah had. He was doing his best but he doubted that it was good enough.

Personality Description:
Louie is obviously not a stereotypical snake. Although he does carry most of their traits. The guy is quick thinking and ambitious even though he tends to lurk in the shadow so no one notices. While Louie isn't a purest he is probably the closest one can get while living in the Longbottom house hold. He doesn't out right hate muggle borns although he is rarely seen hanging out with them. He finds Muggles to be a waste of his time. Lewis finds them dim witted and has yet seen the purpose of their existence.

Louie isn't the most talkative of people. It isn't that he is shy, he just really doesn't like people. The former snake comes off as a jerk most times and honestly that is what saved his butt at Hogwarts. When he went to Hogwarts, he was basically a nothing. He wasn't sure who the heck he was but Slytherin molded him into something. It probably wasn't something that he could say his parents were proud of but he had never really cared about that kind of stuff.

When he decides to be sociable though, he is very good at it. He is some what acts like an American frat boy when he comes out of his shell. He appears to be an idiot and a class A jerk. However he is rather intelligent although he always played it off that he was just barley scrapping by. School had always come easy for him though. He is however a Jerk, although he can be nice when he wants to be. It is just that he hasn't found many people that he considers worthy of kindness.

Louie looks often times like a suspicious character. His defined facial features, dark eyes, messy hair, and almost sickly looking pale skin gives him a face that people tend not to trust. Normally he towers over people, standing at six, six. This tends to intimidate people which he uses to his advantage. Lewis isn't the most good looking guy around although he always managed to get a date for the dances he decided to show up for back at Hogwarts. When he is out of his work robes, he is normally seen wearing jeans with a button down shirt. The color of the shirt is normally black or gray although sometimes when he is feeling festive he will were more cheery colors such a dark navy blue.

Special Talents:
Lewis is by all respects average at every thing. He is decent at Quidditch although never really got that into the game. He can have good social skills when he wants them but isn't like the people that can charm their way out of any situation. Louie pretty much lacks skills in any thing involving creativity. Although he would probably be decent at that to if he cared enough to do anything.

The only aspect of his life were he really does anything worth mentioning is his knowledge and wisdom. He likes to claim the title as the smartest in his family and has very impressive grades, which probably would have been straight O's if he would have tried harder. Most people think he is dim though which he just lets them keep thinking. After all how can it be his secret weapon if every one knows about it?

RP Example:
That day had been pretty much uneventful to Louie's standards. The calls they got in were the same old same old. Kids accidentally turning their class pets into miniature dragons or flying snitches. At first he had been quite amused by what kids came up with now a days but after dealing with a lot of little twerps all the time it had gotten a bit annoying. That was the bad thing about being a newbie, he got all the boring jobs. The senior agents always came back telling these great stories but him he came back after a day of dealing with stick figured little children. Lewis guessed he didn't mind it though because he knew that every one had to be the newbie at one point and in a few years hopefully he would be the one laughing at the guys who got the lackey jobs. Until then though he would just have to deal with screaming little children.

His shift was over for the day, at least at his first job anyways. The recent Hogwarts grad was still working at the Leaky part time to save up enough money to get his own place. Stopping off at the apartment and changing out of his Obliviator robes he put on his normal clothing and headed out to wander the streets of Diagon Alley. He still had about an hour before his shift as a bar tender at nine. Normally he would have just sat at one of the tables and read the profit or something but he wanted to get some air. Exiting the pub he was just walking the streets when he heard some one call his name. "Why Merlin's Beard! If it isn't the infamous Louie Louie Longbottom himself?"
